How do I get started?

Contact me and determine if your event date and time is still available. You can get information, book an appointment, reserve your date and/or schedule a consultation. You may do this via email, phone or entering your information into our online contact form.

How do I reserve your services?

A deposit of $100 saves your date and the balance is due two weeks prior to your event. The best way to contact me is to email, call or text. I accept check, cash or credit card (credit card charges incur a 3% additional fee).

How can I see more of your work?

You may contact me and schedule a time to have a consultation or check us out on Instagram or Facebook!

How long have you been in business?

Since 2003! After working in human resources and the non-profit arena, I realized my lifelong dream of owning my own business and started Belle Fleur Floral Design.

Is your deposit refundable?

You may transfer the deposit to another event or wedding date or to a friend, however I do not refund deposits.

How much should I plan on spending for my wedding flowers?

A national survey recommends budgeting 10-15% of your overall wedding budget to flowers and decorations for an average amount of flowers. For example if you were spending 20,000 dollars on your wedding (the wedding, video, photography, music, cake, reception, invitations, etc.), then you would budget between 2000-3000 for your flowers.

What happens if I need to alter my flower order?

Any changes after one additional revision to first estimate will be charged at a rate of $30 per hour.

Do you design for events other than weddings?

Absolutely! The bulk of my business is weddings, but I do parties and other celebrations.

How many weddings/events do you book each week?

Most of the time I only do one to two events per week, therefore it is very important to reserve early for best availability.

What should I bring to the consultation?

You can bring pictures of flowers that you would like to imitate, fabric swatches and pictures of your wedding dress and bridesmaid’s dresses. If you have a pinterest page, we would love to take a look at that as well. Or you do not need to bring anything! I will walk you through the entire selection and flower design process and help you with everything. My goal is to provide a stress free and relaxing appointment that will leave you feeling relieved and confident about your flowers for one of the most amazing days of your life.
