I was born and raised in Oregon and have lived in Salem most of my life, with the exception of the four years I spent getting my bachelor’s degree in Merchandising Management at OSU. My desire to own my own business came from watching my hard working Dad’s entrepreneurial spirit running his own business, and doing it successfully (and with a lot of hard work!). After college and a couple “real-world” jobs, I went to floral design school, bought my very first floral cooler and “opened” shop in 2004, as they say! “Shop” has always been my beloved home, where I both work in my studio and meet with clients. I am married to Mark, and have two kids-Brooklyn and Isaac. When I’m not spending time with my family or working, you will most likely find me reading a good novel, doing my bible study, going for a walk, redecorating my house, cleaning my kitchen (clean, uncluttered surfaces are essential to good work flow for me!) or having tea or lunch with a friend. I wish I had more time for: hiking, spending time with my friend’s who live in other cities, going on dates with Mark, serving the people God placed in my life and baking. Now that you know a little bit about me, I hope to get to know you better!
